Terms in brief
- When your trial ends
- Nothing is charged until you subscribe from billing. Without a subscription your records stay and you can still read them; adding or changing actions, documents and issues needs one.
- Referral income for estate agencies
- £5 a month for each landlord who signs up through your invitation or referral link and pays, for that landlord's first 2 years, then £2.50 a month while they stay subscribed. Paid monthly to a UK bank account once your balance reaches £100. The full rules are in our terms.
- Your data
- Export any property's audit trail as PDF or CSV, and your tax-year report, any time. For a full copy of your account data, contact us.
- Cancelling
- The subscription is monthly. Cancel any time from billing settings.
- Your estate agency
- Estate agencies use Landy free. Give one access to the properties it manages, and take it back any time.
- Setup fees
- None, for any seat.
