Agency questions
How is a referral attributed to my agency?
When a landlord signs up through your invitation or referral link and takes out a subscription, the referral is recorded against your agency while they stay a paying subscriber.
When and how am I paid?
Commission accrues each month a referred landlord is subscribed and is paid once a month, by transfer to a UK bank account, once your balance reaches £100. The full rules are in our terms.
Why does the rate drop after 2 years?
The £5 a month rate covers the first 24 months for each landlord. After that, £2.50 a month continues for as long as they stay subscribed.
Does the agency workspace really stay free?
Yes. No platform fee, whatever the size of your team. Only landlords pay, on their own account.
