How is a referral attributed to my agency?
When a landlord accepts your invitation or signs up through your referral link, the relationship is recorded in-product and persists while they remain a paying subscriber.
When and how am I paid?
Rewards accrue monthly while referred landlords stay subscribed. Payouts are monthly by bank transfer once the minimum threshold is met - full rules in our terms.
Why does the rate drop after 2 years?
The £5/month rate covers the first 24 months per landlord. After that, £2.50/month continues for as long as they stay subscribed.
Does the agency workspace really stay free?
Yes - no platform fee regardless of team size or referrals. Only landlords pay, on their own account.
